Immigrant Hotspots In The U.S. [Infographic]
Findings from the Brookings Institution has shown that new immigrants to the U.S. prefer to live in suburbs or smaller cities as opposed to larger cities. Metropolitan areas like Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Chicago are seeing a drop of foreign-born populations — from a total of 43 percent in 2000 to 38 percent in 2010.
